We are very excited to have launched our NEW own range of meat paté for dogs. Paté has always been a top seller for us, and we are certain your pups are going to LOVE Dog & Jones Paté. 

Our range includes: Chicken, Beef, Salmon, Duck, Rabbit, Goat, Venison & Lamb. All patés contain 97% meat, and are available in both 200g & 400g. They are pure and delicious, with added minerals and antioxidants.

After some thorough product testing by us and our pups, we have put together a list of the top uses for our paté.

1. Cutting it! 

Our paté is soft enough to cut through easily with a kitchen knife, but firm enough to be handleable. This makes it ideal for cutting into a variety of shapes and sizes, whilst the high meat content makes it irresistible to dogs. All together, this makes the paté a hugely high value treat or reward. 

Using high value treats as a reward is great for positive reinforcement training - teaching your dog new behaviours by rewarding them! Whether competing in a sport, teaching your dog a new trick, or just rewarding them for making good choices on walks and at home, this paté will be your new go-to reward!

A Lickimat is a silicon mat, with grooves and ridges on it. You can smear it with a wet food type spread, such as peanut butter, wet food or our paté for your dog to lick off!

Licking releases endorphins in your dog's brain - it’s a pleasurable activity! This helps curb stress, provides mental stimulation, can be a great positive reinforcement tool for bath time, and encourages slower eating habits.

Plus, you can freeze your Lickimat once you have spread it with Paté for an even longer lasting treat.

The unfortunate truth is that most dogs will need to take a tablet or two at some point in their life. Which, as many of you know is not always as easy as it sounds.

Whilst some dogs will just eat a tablet mixed into their usual food, other owners need to be more creative!

Paté makes the perfect tablet hiding place. It is soft, so can be moulded to shape around pills, and smelly - perfect for hiding them in. 

Many people choose to feed their dogs complete, dry food for convenience and a guaranteed complete nutrition profile. Although for some dogs it just isn't exciting enough and they can just decide it isn’t worth eating!

Our paté can be sliced up and put on top of your dog's food. The high meat content and tempting smell is sure to tempt your dog to their bowl! It isn’t a complete food, so shouldn’t be fed as an alternative to their usual food, but it works great as an accompaniment!

As we offer a variety of flavours, you can mix it up daily to keep your dogs interested! 

Similar to Lickimats, toys such as Kongs have become more popular amongst owners for providing enrichment. The licking and chewing action releases the feel good endorphins discussed above.

For an extra special treat, our Labrador Chunk loves a paté stuffed cut trachea, while Bali our youngest Spaniel loves a paté stuffed hoof! Combining our delicious paté, with the nutritious goodness of a trachea or a hoof is sure to be a winner.

Plus, just like the Lickimats these treats can be frozen! Making them a great longer lasting treat and perfect for helping your pup cool down in the summer months.
